BPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2022 – Details

Eligibility – BPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2022

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Technology (Full Time) with not less than sixty per cent marks in aggregate [fifty per cent for SC/ST/PwBD candidates] from a recognized Indian University/ Institute.
  • Note: Whenever CGPA/OGPA/YGPA/DGPA has been adopted by the University/ Institute for the Engineering Degree Examination and percentage of marks is not furnished in the certificate, the equivalent percentage shall be worked out as per the conversion formula adopted by the University/ Institute concerned. It shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate to produce the documentary proof of equivalent percentage/ percentage conversion formula applicable to University/ Institute, at the time of interview, failing which such candidature shall be liable to be rejected without further processing.
• Previous Training/ Experience: Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973 and/or having one year or more experience are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit – BPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2022

• The candidates must be between 18 – 27 years of age as on 01.09.2022. (DOB between Sep 1, 1995 to Sep 1, 2004).

Selection Procedure – BPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2022

The selection methodology will comprise of following stages:

• Short-listing: Based on qualifying Engineering Degree Examination.
• Personal Interview: Only the short listed candidates will be called for personal interview.
• Final merit list: The final merit list would be prepared based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and interview.
• Medical Examination: Engagement for apprenticeship training will be subject to the selected candidates who clears the medical examination.

How to Apply – BPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2022

• The candidate must enroll in National Web Portal (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) by completing the application form. A unique enrollment ID will be generated. Please wait for at least one day for enrollment verification and approval.
• Log in to National Web Portal. Click on Establishment Request Menu. Click on Find Establishment. Upload your Resume. Choose Establishment name. Type “Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd, Kochi Refinery” and search. Click Apply. Click Apply again.
